Air Hydro Corporate Office
Sherman Carter Barnhart provided design services under a design-build contract for Air Hydro’s corporate location. This 57,000 SF facility features office, warehouse, and retail space. The retail space is divided into three separate areas based on the type of product. There is a shared service, parts, repair and support area as well as corporate administrative offices.
The building is a pre-engineered metal building roof structure, with a conventional construction mezzanine with a masonry exterior. Due to the construction method, the building is flexible and can be easily expanded in the future.
With their experience of working with multiple funding sources and familiarity in navigating federal programs, Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects is working with Dawson Springs to deliver a modern, affordable housing community with market-rate amenities.
