Trillium Industrial Technologies
Sherman Carter Barnhart designed this 140,000 sf highly advanced technical laboratory facility for a regional computer monitor repair and testing center for Trillium Industrial Technologies. Within the building, there are production, inventory, and office space. A highly-sophisticated computer network and wide area network is installed throughout the building providing local and regional connections to other centers in the US. The building is also designed to include a “ clean room” to accommodate the advanced repair services of laptop screens.
Features of the building include tilt wall concrete panels with a steel frame roof structural system. To accommodate inventory needs the building is designed with 50’ x 50’ bay spaces with 28’ceiling height. Eight overhead doors with levelers, seals, and drive-in ramps are provided to assist in material handling.
The building security features a CCTV system and security cameras throughout.
Trillium Industries was a design/build project designed on a fast-track schedule.
