In support of global action regarding Climate Change, the Climate Reality Project, brainchild of former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, broadcast a global multi-media event as part of the 2015 United Nations Climate Summit in Paris.
This event, entitled “24 Hours of Reality – The World is Watching” urged world leaders to acknowledge the necessity of a world-wide agreement combating climate change, showcasing global leaders in sustainable thinking and design to illustrate the innovative solutions emerging to bring us closer to a safe, sustainable future.
One example of global sustainable leadership chosen by the Climate Reality Project is Richardsville Elementary School in Warren County, Kentucky. The first Net Zero School in the United States, Richardsville Elementary represents our nation’s commitment to a clean energy future.
