Jeff Gregory

Project Manager

If it’s a difficult renovation or highly detailed project, Jeff Gregory is more than likely leading the project. As a senior project manager with 40 years’ experience, his attention to detail and understanding of building systems and generally speaking, “just knowing how a building goes together,” earns him the assignment of some of the firm’s most challenging projects. Currently, he is working on the University of Kentucky’s Law School Renovation, which required precision demolition of the existing building down to its structural frame with all other building systems designed to be completely new. He also managed the production of Lexington’s Fayette County Courthouse Complex, two new 120,000 s.f. courthouses, as well as seven additional county judicial centers throughout Kentucky, each reflecting the stability and longevity of the courts, while contextually complementing their communities.

Jeff is the world traveler of the office who, along with his wife and two sons, plan their adventures to fully experience the outdoors. A few highlights have included hiking and backpacking many US National Parks, appreciating the history, architecture, and natural landscapes throughout Europe, skiing the mountains of Switzerland, Scandinavia, and Australia, enjoying diverse Pacific and Caribbean island destinations, exploring Scandinavia including an ice hotel above the Arctic Circle, and most recently discovering the Australian outback and Tasmania.
