Nick joined Sherman Carter Barnhart’s structural department as a structural designer in October 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville’s Speed School of Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
Born in Louisville, KY, Nick spent time in New York City for school before transferring to the University of Kentucky in 2002. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son and daughter. His hobbies include disc golf, swimming, reading, listening to music, playing volleyball, and helping others.
