The apartments at The Tracery offer one, two, and three bedrooms luxury apartments. Each apartment includes large master bedrooms, an abundance of walk-in closet space, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and stone backsplashes as well as washer/dryer connections and balconies. Several buildings feature attached garages.
The 10 buildings overlook some of Harrodsburg Road’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods and one of Lexington’s oldest trees dating back to pre-civil war. The Tracery offers an abundance of outdoor green spaces as well as a pool, sundeck, and cold water spa.
The Tracery’s leasing office and clubhouse leads out to the pool, offering a large sundeck and patio area. Within the leasing office, there is a gathering room with a social cafe, exercise room, business area, large screen tv, and refreshment area.
