Brandon is an Associate Principal and Director of the firm’s Nashville office. Brandon joined Sherman Carter Barnhart while still in school, and has been an integral part of the firm’s affordable housing studio. He’s worked on major housing projects throughout Kentucky with the Louisville Metro Housing Authority, Lexington Housing Authority, as well as the Dawson Springs Housing Authority. He was project manager on the largest P3 Affordable Housing redevelopment, Beecher Terrace. Additional Housing Authorities he’s worked with include; St. Louis, MO; East St. Louis, IL; Spartanburg, SC; Evansville, IN; and Paducah, KY.
Brandon and his wife have two children. He enjoys and encourages his love for playing and watching baseball, manifest in his eldest son. When not spending time with his wife and children, he enjoys hunting, fishing as well as the challenge of creating knives, primitive firearms, and furniture.
