Bill is the on-staff structural engineer for Sherman Carter Barnhart. Bill has been working in the engineering industry for over forty years. He is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed structural engineer. Bill takes the building designs developed by SCB architects and analyzes and designs the structure to safely resist the loads – seismic, wind, snow, etc. – to which they will be subjected. Working with SCB’s talented staff of architects keeps Bill motivated and enjoying work every day.
Bill has been married to Donna for over thirty-seven years. They live on Main Street in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Bill and Donna have three grown children and six grandchildren. When Bill is not at work, he enjoys spending time with the kids and grandkids, working in his garden, and renovating the house. Bill and Donna love spending time with family and friends at Lake Cumberland, although they do not get to do that as often as they would like.
