Derek is a registered architect and project manager for the firm. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Design and offers 28 years of experience in the field of architecture. He has managed a variety of large, complex projects in the education, healthcare, and commercial fields.
Away from the office, Derek can be found behind a drum kit, avidly listening to music, or indulging his passion for motorsports by playing any number of racing games as well as following his beloved Formula One racing on the weekends.
