Fletcher Wright, Associate AIA

Graduate Designer

Fletcher joined Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects while completing his architectural studies at the University of Kentucky, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, an Undergraduate Certificate in Historic Preservation, and his Master of Arts in Architecture before joining SCB full time

Fletcher is especially interested in adaptive reuse and civic architecture, and was drawn to Sherman Carter Barnhart’s work in housing, education, and judicial projects. Through his work, he hopes to contribute to projects that support local communities and create welcoming, enjoyable places for people to experience in their daily lives.

Outside the office, Fletcher enjoys drawing, tabletop games, reading, and writing. Around Lexington, he can often be found trying new restaurants, walking in the park, going to the theater, or spending time with friends.
