Jacqueline leads the firm’s business development initiatives. She uses her experience forging strategic partnerships and deep knowledge of the region to drive sustainable growth and expand Sherman Carter Barnhart’s reach. With over 12 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing, Jacqueline works closely with the firm’s current clients and focuses on developing new clients while advancing the firm’s mission.
Jacqueline joined SCB after ten years at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce where she was SVP of Communications and Marketing and launched the first political news site run by a state chamber in the nation. She came to Kentucky from her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee to attend Western Kentucky University where she double majored in broadcast journalism and political science. She is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Kentucky and has been recognized nationally for her work over the years. She currently serves on the boards of Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, the United Way of Kentucky, and Jobs for Kentucky’s Graduates. Outside of the office, Jacqueline enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
