Kevin is the Principal in Charge of the firm’s Multi-Family Housing studio. His passion for the profession began at age ten, when he built entire neighborhoods from cardboard boxes in his backyard. This childhood hobby evolved into a four-decade career shaping housing communities. Throughout his career, Kevin has played a pivotal role in redefining affordable housing, leading projects that span renovation, demolition, and innovative neighborhood planning. He works closely with planners, financial consultants, and other professionals, always prioritizing the needs of residents.
Beyond his work, Kevin deeply appreciates landscaping, enjoys experimenting with plants, and maintains a Koi pond. He is also passionate about vintage 1970s stereos, crate-digging for vinyl records, and classic Cadillacs—though the Jaguar in his garage might disagree.
