A project manager in the firm, Ray J. works in the K-12 Studio that covers the southeastern portion of Kentucky. Ray J. has 15+ years of experience in educational design with over $100 million in school facilities built across the state of Kentucky. He has a passion for educational design and understands what a great responsibility it is to design and construct spaces that inspire children to learn and cultivate a positive educational experience. Ray J. works with two of the firm’s largest educational clients in Laurel County and Corbin Independent, as well as other clients, and values the unique partnership he has developed with each of these clients.
When he’s not at work, Ray J. can be found spending most of his time with his family. He and his wife, Marcie have three children, Joseph, Avarie and Matthew. Ray J. is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and bleeds big blue to the core! Whether it’s basketball, baseball, football or golf, for Ray J., the seasons never stops! He is also a Deacon and Sunday School teacher at Broadway Baptist Church, and takes a very active role in supporting his church family, as well as his immediate family. He enjoys sports talk radio and music of a variety of genres. He also likes to play his guitar when he gets the chance.
