Medical Clinic at Fountain Court
The Medical Clinic at Fountain Court, near St. Joseph East hospital, serves as a multi-discipline facility that includes an extended Pharmacy with a drive-thru window.
The clinic itself features three floors, each with over 10,000 sf. The building entry provides a two-level lobby space that leads to the vertical circulation and the central core of restrooms, electrical room, mechanical, storage, and other building services.
The design is intended to maximize the leasable office space while providing flexibility for suite entry location and design. The building façade provides significant fenestration for natural lighting of all medical office suites and is further accentuated through the use of masonry color and texture.
